rtama is operated by a private individual residing in Italy.
This shop is not a registered business and operates on a small, handmade-to-order basis.

All items are handmade and many are made to order. As such:

• Small variations in color, stitching or shape may occur

• Product images are for reference; actual products may differ slightly

• Details such as materials and sizing are listed clearly on each product page

To place an order:

1. Select a product and customization options (if applicable)

2. Add it to your cart and proceed to checkout

3. Enter your shipping information and confirm payment

4. You will receive an order confirmation by email with product details

The order is considered accepted when we confirm it via email. We reserve the right to refuse orders in rare cases (e.g. suspected fraud or lack of availability).

• All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes

• Shipping fees are fixed, calculated and shown during checkout

• Accepted payment methods: credit\debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay

• No invoices with VAT can be issued, as rtama is operated by a private seller

• We ship via DHL or GLS, depending on your location

• Production time for made-to-order items: typically 7–10 business days

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email

According to Article 59(c) of the Italian Consumer Code and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

“Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.”

This means that custom/made-to-order products are non-returnable, unless defective or not as agreed.

Customers retain full rights under the 2-year legal warranty for:

• Defective items

• Incorrect items (e.g. wrong size/color)

We collect and use personal data solely to process and deliver your order, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Rtama is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by couriers or customs

• Incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer

• Minimal aesthetic variations due to handmade production

Total liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy and applicable EU consumer protection laws.
