At rtama, every product is handmade with care and attention to detail. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we handle the delivery of your order.

We ship all orders using reliable courier services:
DHL or GLS, depending on your location and the nature of the package.

We currently ship to:

  • All countries within the European Union

  • Selected international destinations (please contact us before ordering if outside the EU)

costs

Shipping fees are fixed and defined in advance by the shop owner, based on weight of the product and destination.
The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed during checkout before completing your order.

shipping timeframe

Once your order is placed:

  • You will receive a confirmation email.

  • Since all of the items are made to order, production time may vary between 7–10 business days before shipment.

You will be notified by email when your order is ready to ship and receive a tracking number.

  • Delivery times depend on your location and chosen carrier, and are generally:

  • Europe: 3–6 business days

  • Outside EU: 5–10 business days

  • These are approximate and not guaranteed delivery times. Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

tracking & updates

Once your parcel is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to follow its journey. If you don’t receive a confirmation, please contact us.

address accuracy

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at the time of order. rtama is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

customs & duties (non-EU orders)

For international deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
